What is Happening With Neighborhood Painting, Inc
Kansas City Painting has not has seen the easiest of years. With nearly 18 inches of rain since May 1st, and 73 of the last 119 days receiving rain, you can only imagine how creative the team had to get in order to keep working for our customers. Neighborhood Painting strives to take care of our customers and our employees share that goal. The employees have made many changes in their lives to be able to work a full schedule while still having rain-outs and rain delays. Often times they have chosen to work seven or even ten day in a row, knowing that rain was in the forecast and we needed to work whenever the weather was appropriate. Neighborhood Painting grateful for all of our customers that have put their trust in us to provide a quality job, despite the weather conditions. Should you be ready to move forward on a project, we will make sure you are treated no different and that you receive the highest quality painting treatment in Kansas City.

Who is Who in Neighborhood Painting
Neighborhood Painting is seeing high growth in even the most challenging of years. We have accepted the challenge and made changes within the company to be able to expand and accommodate more customers in Kansas City. Our quality, reputation, and awards have provided us an opportunity to expand our teams and provide more jobs to skilled employees. At this time we would like to spotlight a new member of our team and the driving force in our office, Jaime Fahlgren. Next month, we have the honor of spotlighting our Project Manager, Justin Conner.

About Jaime Fahlgren
Jaime joined our team on March 2nd, 2015, and became our new Manager of Operations. He brings skills to the office that will help Neighborhood Painting grow into the future. His background has been in Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales. These positions combined with his leadership abilities have put him into a position to impact the company. We hired him with confidence, knowing that he will bring new ideas and innovation to Neighborhood Painting, thus, helping to proactively disrupt the Kansas City painting market. Jaime is married of nine years to Becca, and they have two beautiful children, Jake and Bella. Jaime enjoys sports, cars, going to the lake and enjoying the outdoors. He is a United States Veteran, and proudly served his time in the United States Air Force. He grew up in Overland Park and out of high school he attended College. Realizing it wasn’t the right time for him to attend College, he left and joined the U.S. Air Force. After serving his country, he wanted to go back to his academics. Jaime graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a BA in Business Management and promptly began his journey towards his Masters of Business Administration. He is currently seeking his advanced degree.
