This month, we have the honor of spotlighting our Wood Rot Crew Leader, Kevin Sanderson.

ImageKevin is the crew leader of our wood rot division. He is responsible for running the projects and managing the employees on his team.  Kevin started with company in 2012 on the paint crew, but not long after he started, was promoted to crew leader and has been running the wood rot crew ever since. The wood rot crew definitely have the dirtiest jobs in the company, daily tasks include: repairing of rotted wood, replace siding panels, setting up aerial equipment and scaffolding, scraping and sanding of peeling paint, containment of lead based paint, sealing the houses up with primer and caulking, and then power washing the home.

Kevin is a big member of the Neighborhood Painting family,we are very proud of his accomplishments and how far he has succeeded in the business, he is a true company guy. Kevin is a Shawnee, Kansas resident, he enjoys going to Arizona with his family and his mom is a big part of his life. Kevin has a big interest in Native American culture, you can tell this by his tattoos and he has a license plate that says “Kokopelli”, who is a deity in Native American cultures , and trickster god who represents the spirit of music and is a known as a fertility spirit.
